I'm Emma! I am a devoted yogi and yoga teacher, fur mum, house owner, sister, aunty, cousin and daughter. When I'm not teaching yoga, I am either dealing chocolate and buckini's for Loving Earth or I'm walking my loveable pooch down the many beaches of the stunning Mornington Peninsula. A few of my passions in life are yoga, nature, salt water, sandy toes, good wholesome food, dancing, reading, writing, laughing till it hurts, family, my beautiful friends and healing through all of the above modalities. I have been on a very interesting journey so far in my life and like everybody had my fair share of battles, however it is how I have overcome these battles and how I continue to live this way each and every day that I want to share with you all, with hope that others will draw some clarity, hope and inspiration.
